Abe, a Wisconsin native, has a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. He spent ten years playing soccer throughout elementary, middle, and high school and still enjoys hitting the field with friends whenever he can. In addition to soccer, Abe ran track for four years, specializing in short sprints and hurdles. Over the past eight months, he has been weightlifting one-on-one with a trainer, making him very comfortable with lifting and high-intensity workouts.
